8. HOW TO PAY TO US

      At the same time we confirm the order to you, we will send to you our bank detail. You just do the payment according to our bank detail. We only accept payment by the methods as follows:

Bank transfer (if your payment is more than 2000USD, recommended).

Moneygram (if you payment is less than 2000USD, recommended)

Western union (if your payment is less than 1000USD, recommend)

9.HOW LONG WE WILL SEND OUT THE GOODS TO YOU

      When we confirm the order to you, we will let you know the time to send out your goods. Usually we send out goods within 10days after we get your payment for normal order, and 20days for very big order.

10.HOW TO SHIP YOUR GOODS

    Because airlines companies don’t accept the goods less then 100kgs, usually if your goods are less than 100kgs, we ship by express courier, such as UPS or DHL, shipping time is about 3-5days. If your goods are more than 100kgs, we will ship by airlines companies, such as AIR CHINA or AIR FRENCH CARGO, shipping time is about 3-5days. If your order is big, we can also ship by sea, it is cheap, but take a long time, usually more than 30days. But if you have special request, such as you use your own shipping agent, we will do according to your request.

11.HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST
    Because the prices we quote on our website are FOB prices, not including the shipping cost, you need to send the shipping cost to us together with your goods payment. We don’t earn money from the shipping cost. But if you tell your own shipping agent to pick up the goods from us, you don’t have to send the shipping cost to us. As follow is the shipping cost to Europe or USA:
By DHL or UPS, if less than 21kg, first 0.5kg is 30USD, then each 0.5kg adds 10USD.
By DHL or UPS, if your goods are 21-50kg, 8USD /kg.
By DHL or UPS, if your goods are 50-100kg, 7.5USD/kg.
By DHL or UPS, if your goods are 100-300kg, 6.5USD/kg
By air, if your goods are 100-300kg, 5USD/kg.
By air, if your goods are more than 300kg, 4.5USD/kg
   This is not exact shipping price. After you confirm the order, we will contact the shipping company to get exact shipping price and let you know.

12.IF SOME GOODS ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, OR IF THE QUALITY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, HOW TO DO

     Usually we request customers to check all goods within 7days after they get the goods. You need to check each item to see whether the quantity is enough or not, and whether the quality is ok or not. If there are problems, please take clear pictures to show the problems to us. Sometimes sending back is necessary. We will check the problems seriously, and will give you an answer within 7days. If they are our problems, we will compensate to you. Sometimes we will compensate the goods to you in next order. Sometimes we will give back the money, you can use the compensate money in your next order. If you don’t want to order from us anymore, we will send back the money to you.

13.IF YOUR GOODS ARE MISSING DURING SHIPPMENT, HOW TO DO.

  Usually we recommend that you buy insurance for your goods. If your goods are shipped by air, the insurance fee is about 1% of your goods. If your goods are shipped by sea, the insurance fee is about 1.5%. if you don’t buy insurance, the goods is missing during shipment, you can request compensation from the shipping company in your country. Of course, we will also give you some compensation, but not all goods.

14. CAN I PAY AFTER I GET THE GOODS

    I am afraid not. We don’t accept payment term which to pay after goods arrive. But if your order is big, and you want to ship by sea, we can accept t/t 30% in advance and balance against copy of bill of lading.

15.I WANT TO WHOLESALE, CAN I GET EXTRA DISCOUNT

    Of course, if your order is big enough, usually more than 10000USD, we will give you a discount. And you order more, we will give you a bigger discount. To get exact discount policy, please contact us.

16.I WANT SOME ITEMS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE, CAN YOU DO IT FOR ME

      It is no problem. Please send pictures to us by email, and let me know the size, the quantity you want. If we can buy the material , we can do it for you.
